Rezenerate is safe for all skin types and can be customized for all skin concerns. However, there are some contraindications: Those with active inflamed/cystic acne Those using prescription strength topicals or creams Those prone to keloid scars Those with new, raised scars less than 6 months old Those taking immunosuppressants Those with active/untreated rosacea on the face Those with active/untreated psoriasis on the face Those with active/untreated eczema on the face While we can customize this facial to be gentle or advanced, we do recommend starting with our Custom Facial if you have more sensitive or reactive skin because we may need to build strength in your skin before doing this more advanced modality. How Often Should I Receive this service? We recommend receiving this facial every 4-6 weeks What Can I Expect After Receiving This Service? This treatment has no downtime; however your esthetician may direct you to to avoid your active products for 24-48 hours and you may notice a temporary increase in sensitivity to your active products for 1-3 days once you resume using them. This is perfectly normal, but if anything feels outside of what is normal to you, please call or email us immediately. Which Rezenerate Treatment is best for me? Rezilient Facial: Our signature rezenerate facial. Completely customizable to fit the needs of your skin. It includes an eye and lip treatment and we recommend you start here if it is your first time receiving a rezenerate facial. Dermazen: This service combines dermaplaning with our rezilient facial. It is a perfect maintenance facial whether you are doing more corrective work with your esthetician, or you just love the smooth makeup application. Is Rezenerate Similar To Microneedling? 

What is DermaPlaning? Dermaplaning is an exfoliation method that uses a surgical blade to gently remove the vellus hair and scrape away the dead skin. The service is non-invasive and requires no down time. It aids in product penetration, making your treatment and your home care more effective, and allows for smoother makeup application. Who is it best for? Dermaplaning is safe for all skin types and can aid in the treatment of all skin concerns. However, there some contraindications: Those with active/untreated rosacea on the face. Those with active/untreated psoriasis on the face. Those with active/untreated eczema on the face. You will notice your skin looking brighter and smoother. You will notice your skin staying much better hydrated throughout the day. MYTH BUSTED: Will My Hair Grow Back Thicker and Darker? No, this is a myth. The only thing that can make your hair grow back darker or thicker are hormonal changes in your body. What you may experience is hair feeling more rough in the first day or two of regrowth. This is because there can be a jagged edge where the hair was cut. Rest assured, this rough texture will go away after a few days as the new hair growth softens. Which DermaPlaning Treatment is best for me? DermaCorrect: Our signature dermaplaning service. Completely customizable for the needs of your skin. This is where we recommend everyone starts if it is their first time receiving dermaplaning. DermaGlow: This service combines dermaplaning with our Corrective Hydrafacial service for the ultimate glow up treatment. This facial is perfect for your upcoming event or photos. DermaZen: This service combines dermaplaning with our Rezilient Facial. It is a perfect maintenance facial whether you are doing more corrective work with your esthetician, or you just love the smoother makeup application.

What is a Chemical Peel? A chemical peel is an advanced facial that targets all skin concerns from post acne scarring to anti-aging concerns. It uses a blend of acids to visibly slough off the dead skin cells allowing healthy, new skin to come through. This treatment requires 5-7 days of downtime. That being said, chemical peeling is more than just removing the dead skin- it is an art that involves a cocktail of ingredients, and with the right recipe you can achieve beautifully targeted results. Chemical peels are extremely versatile and can help correct a wide range of skin concerns, such as: Skin Tone & Texture Improving appearance of enlarged pores Fine Lines & Wrinkles Loss of Elasticity Increasing blood circulation & nutrient absorption Reducing sebum Softening scar tissue Addressing post acne scarring Stimulating fibroblast production, resulting in new cell development Strengthening the integrity of skin Addressing Hyperpigmentation and PIH concerns Who is it best for? We have peel options safe for all skin types, fitzpatrick types, and most skin conditions. We WILL NOT peel a first time client because getting the results you are looking for requires some level of preconditioning the skin for this treatment. If you are interested in receiving a chemical peel, we recommend you start with a custom facial to discuss a treatment plan that is Taylor’d specifically to your skin’s unique needs. This service does have some contraindications: Those who are pregnant or nursing Those with active eczema on the face Those with active Psoriasis on the face Those prone to dermatitis Those taking immunosuppressants Those with active acne Those using prescription topical creams or serums will be asked to stop using them 7-14 days prior to their peel depending on the type and strength of the cream or serum. How Often Should I Receive this service? Chemical peels deeply resurface the skin, and they continue working, even once the peeling and flaking has stopped. Because of this, we recommend 2-3 chemical peels a year if you are actively working on correction, and 1-2 chemical peels a year for general maintenance and prevention. We recommend doing chemical peels in our advertised peel season (generally October-April for our climate) and avoiding them in the warmer months. If you love the way your skin looks and feels after a peel, or if you need less downtime, talk to your esthetician about our Vitaglow series. It is a lighter peel with mild flaking (1-3 days) and they are safe to receive more frequently throughout the year! What Can I Expect After Receiving This Service? You can expect moderate peeling of the skin that will start 1-3 days after your chemical peel and will continue for an additional 3-5 days. After your chemical peel, you will be required to only use the products provided in your post peel kit as directed by your esthetician, and attend a post peel appointment after 10-14 days in order to make sure your skin is healing properly and the peeling has stopped. You will be asked to avoid the following until the peeling completely stops: Direct sun exposure (beach, pool, hiking) Extreme heat Sweating (exercise, sauna, spa, steam, hot yoga) Sweat trapped between the layers of peeling skin can cause blistering and infection Facial services, permanent makeup, & facial hair removal Botox or fillers Spray tan or tanning bed Dye or coloring hair (facial hair, brows, or hair on head) Makeup (mineral is okay) Swimming Acids, enzymes, scrubs or intensive active ingredients (mandelic, retinol, glycolic, lactic, salicylic acids, vitamin c, etc.) Peeling, picking, scraping or rubbing the shedding skin; this can cause new damage and scarring You may use clean brow scissors to cut away any patches of detached skin Which Peel Treatment is best for me? VitaGlow: a lighter peel with mild flaking (1-3 days); safe to receive more frequently throughout the year! Chemical Peel: medium depth peel that you can receive 1-3 times a year in 'peel season'; requires preconditioning (prior treatments with us and specific prep at home to get best results)

What is Brow Lamination? Brow lamination is a semi-permanent brow treatment that acts like a perm for your brows, relaxing them and making them easier to shape and reducing the need for heavy or extra strength brow gel that can be damaging to the brows over time. You will find that brow laminations make the brows: Easier to shape Easier to fill in with makeup (if still needed) Have a more full appearance Have more manageable texture & growth patterns Lower cost & commitment alternative to Permanent Makeup Who is it best for? This service is great for all hair types, and those who prefer a more sculpted look to their brows; but it's especially effective for those with cowlicks or unruly brows. If you get frustrated with brow gels never holding your brows in place, or needing to really layer on the brow gel to do so. This service is for you. There are a few contraindications to this service: Those who are under the age of 16 Compromised/Sunburned Skin Damaged/Cut/Bruised Skin Chemotherapy or Radiation (Must wait 6-12 months) Trichotillomania Disorder (Nervous Hair Pulling) Dermatitis Recent Eye Surgery (Must wait 4 weeks) Nutrient Deficiency Permanent Makeup (Must wait 6 weeks) Pink Eye or Stye Pregnant How Often Should I Receive this service? We recommend receiving this service every 8-12 weeks, but talk to your esthetician about your specific needs because this will depend on the speed of your hair growth and the texture of your brow hair. What Can I Expect After Receiving This Service? You can expect beautifully sculpted brows that are easy to manage and shape. After your lamination you will need to observe the following for the first 24 hours: AVOID Touching the brows AVOID Sleeping directly on the face AVOID Wetting brow hairs (use the provided Micellar wipes in place of your cleanser step) AVOID Steam and sweating (this includes saunas, dishwasher steam, oven heat, etc) AVOID Using skincare products on the brow area DO NOT Apply brow makeup DO NOT Receive Facial treatments MYTH BUSTED: Will This Treatment Damage My Brows? In short: No. If you follow aftercare instructions, leave the conditioner on for the full 24 hours, and do not come in too frequently for your laminations, your brows will remain healthy and full. You may notice your brows feeling a little more coarse for the first few days, that is normal and they will soften again after a few days. Our estheticians are rigorously trained in correct technique and timing to deliver beautifully full and healthy brows to each and every client. Why Are Clients under 16 Not Able To Receive Brow Laminations? Younger skin is at a much higher risk for a negative reaction because it tends to be more sensitive and reactive. For this reason we do not book this service for those under the age of 16, even with parent permission.
